Lauren was very helpful in trying to help me find the perfect car. I am on a tight budget, and had very specific criteria for the car I wanted. The car, color, and options I wanted could not be found in a reasonable search of my area (only Grey was available). Lauren and Kevin offered many choices for me to choose from as replacements. I ended up buying a car that had more options than I originally intended to buy (SYNC), but Kevin worked on a price that would reflect a discount. Kevin also searched to find the best rate for a loan, and managed to find one even lower than my local credit union was offering. In the end, I marked 4 for price because I could not find the car, color, and price in my area that would meet my expectations. Also, after checking online sources, the price I paid was in the "good" category. Overall, Lauren and Kevin went out of their ways to satisfy even the most picky customer. Having a motor vehicle person on site to handle plates, title, and registration made all the difference and added another level of ease to the transaction. More

Although the dealership has a "nice" selection of cars on the lot, we had a few "must haves" and they gladly located the right car for us and secured it quickly. We settled on the vehicle on a Wednesday and they picked it up and had everything ready as we discussed on Saturday morning. About two weeks ago my vehicle was totalled. i started searching for a used truck to replace my lost one. after searching through countless dealerships and trucks, i came across the flemington dealership. searching for a used truck to replace my lost one. after searching through countless dealerships and trucks, i came across the flemington dealership. i contacted Mr. Gary Phillips on the phone. upon initial conversation, i was greatly impressed with his professional demeanor and knowledge on used vehicles. i traveled to the dealership to look at some possible vehicles. upon arrival, Mr. Phillips greeted me at the door offering me coffee or any kind of drink i would like. he showed me around his dealership, and all the used vehicles within my price range. the vehicles on his lot were not really what i was looking for, so he personally took me around to all the other dealerships he worked with until i found the right truck for me. i did leave that day to think about all the vehicles i saw. After discussion and thought at home, i was highly impressed and returned the next day to purchase my used truck. once again i returned and was given the same respect and professionalism i had recieved the day before. he made the replacement of my lost truck so easy that i left highly impressed. i would recommend anybody that is in the same situation see Mr. Phillips instead of search for weeks to find a vehicle. his knowledge and professional courtesy is an asset to that dealership and will be the reason why i will continue to recommend anybody go to this dealership. i know that i personally will never go to another dealership again.
