When we email or call, Kevin always replies promptly and he makes sure that any incentives available or allowed are used. My wife and I live 90 minutes away from the dealership, in North Jersey. We have several other Ford dealerships near us, but we have been making the 90 minute trip to Flemington because we only deal with Kevin and Ditschman. They really do make buying a car a pleasure, which it really should be! There is never any "second guessing" our decision, or wondering if we got the best deal on the best car; we know we did.
