Due to some specifications on car interior and seating, I anticipated that the process was going to be tiresome and very difficult, but I am pleased to say that she made the entire process smooth and very pleasant. From my first purchase of my 2009 Explorer and throughout my service for that vehicle through this purchase, I have had nothing but top notch friendliness, quality of work and the best customer service. I feel like I am a part of everyone at the dealership's family. I am always greeted with a hug and warm smiles from everyone, even all the other customer representatives not working with me.
