I thought buying a convertible in the summer would be comparable to buying a four wheel drive in the middle of a blizzard . I couldn't have been more wrong, the price was very fair! I have never purchased a brand new vehicle before, and I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Ditschman Ford. He was so relaxed and friendly; laughing and joking with us the entire time and truly made it a fun experience. He took the time to search through all of the manufaturer incentives to ensure that I received every one that I was eligable for. Kevin is so far above all of the stereotypical tales of a car sales man I was forewarned about. Britt was the financial consultant who helped set up my financing as well as went through each and every maintenance package in full detail. I do not know much about cars, and I was so grateful that Britt went through every detail with terms and scenarios that I could relate to. Thanks to both Kevin and Britt, I was able to get the best deal possible for my new truck and had the most pleasant experience. I doubt that I will ever visit another dealer, and even on the outside chance that I could get a better deal elsewhere, I would not trade the atmosphere and the employees at Ditschman Ford for the few extra in savings.
