WE made up our minds during the first meeting with Chris that we would purchase a car from him even if the Mustang wouldn't be right for us. Needless to say, the car is definitely right for us! I went to Ditschman Ford with my (college student) son to test drive and hopefully purchase a new car for him. We were not looking for the top of the line model by any stretch of the imagination. I have to say that my experience at Ditschman far exceeded my expectation. I felt like we were treated as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. We explained to our salesmen Brian that we were looking for the basic package only. Brian went "above and beyond" from the time of our test drive to the pick up day to meet our needs. Brian never tried to upsell to us a fancier or nicer car which of course would have been more appealing but out of our budget as well. As color was pretty much our only variable he went nuts to show us what the car looked like in the different colors so we could make a decision after having seen it in the various colors. Once the color was somewhat choosen the real work began as the car did not exist on Ditschmans lot so he had to shop around to do a dealer swap. After our first day in the showroom Brian became my email buddy quickly responding to and answering any and all questions we had about the car and the buying process. Brian kept us totally in the loop with regard to which colors were attainable from which locations and how soon he could have it on his lot. Brian even answered my email by smartphone when he was gone from the office so my email did not remain unanswered. Thanks Brian for a wonderful buying experience. More

From first arranging with Tiffany over the phone, then being handled with friendly professionalism by Leon on site, a brief but expected wait with the outcome of superb service (the car runs great now) and then Ed showing me how to engage the exterior door code, your hard work is greatly appreciated. This was one of the best car buying experiences ever. We knew exactly which car we wanted and were able to show up, test drive and arrange to buy in approx. 2 hours! There were NO hard sales pitches, bickering about price or strong-arm tactics involved. VERY appreciated! They even arranged to give us some cash on the old clunker we drove in! Our sales rep. gave us a complete overview of the features in our car and had answers to all of our questions. The person arranging our loan got us exactly the number we had in mind for our monthly payments AND did not exert undue pressure on us to buy extras we felt we didn't need or want. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend Ditschman Ford in Flemington to anyone looking for a good deal on a used Ford vehicle. FIVE STARS GUYS! More

My wife and I had a totally satisfying experience from initial visit to pick-up of our new 2013 Lincoln MKX. This was due in greatest measure to our Sales Representative, Brian Mullen. Brian could not h initial visit to pick-up of our new 2013 Lincoln MKX. This was due in greatest measure to our Sales Representative, Brian Mullen. Brian could not have been more professional. He was polite, knowledgeable, informative, patient, and helpful. He exhibited extensive knowledge of not only the Lincoln line, but also the Ford line of SUVs, about which we also inquired. We had expressed some concern that perhaps the Lincoln MKX might not fit in our older garage due to its width, and so, he offered to drive it to our house the next day, at which time we were able to see that, indeed, it did fit. This was an example of going beyond just the expected level of service. When we finally built our exact MKX, he was diligent about locating where a vehicle fitting our specifications existed, and was instrumental in arranging a dealer trade with the Lincoln dealership in NY State, resulting in our car being available to us only two days later. My wife and I have purchased some dozen vehicles in our 25 years of marriage, and Brian was the most professional of all the sales representative with whom we have worked during that time. We cannot recommend him more highly. More

This was my fourth experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealer and, as expected, the level of professionalism and knowledge was beyond amazing. Not only was I treated with courtesy, at no time during this dealer and, as expected, the level of professionalism and knowledge was beyond amazing. Not only was I treated with courtesy, at no time during the entire process did I ever feel pressured. Also, as a woman initially shopping on my own, I immediately could recognize that Tom had no preconceived notion that females are inexperienced car buyers. I also was pleased to see how willing the dealer was to work within my budget and get me into the car I wanted, out of my trade in and keep my payments where I wanted them.
