Tom and Beth went above and beyond what I have experienced with other sales and finance people at other dealerships. We(my husband , my daughter (who the car is for) and myself) were are very hap experienced with other sales and finance people at other dealerships. We(my husband , my daughter (who the car is for) and myself) were are very happy with her new (used but new to her) car and the fact she could drive it away that day. Thanks We will be back when the need for a car arises again, hopefully a new one for me! We had intially looked at a 2005 Xterra, my husband had done some checking about that year and model Tom went to the used car guy and checked about the info and one thing he had asked for they could not do so we looked at another car 4 years newer and were able to get that car. Beth worked her magic getting us a rate that was better than our credit union's rate and in a time frame that the payments were made very affordable for us to handle. The smile on Cindy's face when she got into her new car to drive it away was priceless to see for any parent. Great job It is nice to know she has a safe car to drive. More

Over the summer I bought a car from this dealership. I loved that it was a place where I was welcomed, but not bombarded with salesmen the moment I pulled up. After I went inside, I was welcomed by Ed Wood who worked with me to find a great car. After I test drove the Ford Fusion (which I was dead set on getting), he asked me several questions about my likes and dislikes with the car. Based off of my dislikes, he recommended I test drive a similar car with a slightly different body style (Mercury Milan). One 5 minute test drive later and I fell in love with this car. He worked with me through the rest of the process and was incredibly professional and well mannered. I would recommend anyone to buy from both him and the dealership. My fiance is in the process of getting ready to buy a car and we will be definitely going back to this family owned business. More

I had an excellent experience buying a preowned Explorer from Ditschman last week, resulting from being referred to the dealership by my brother. The sales experience was exactly as he had led me to expect: professional, courteous, and principled. This is an organization that will earn your respect and admiration. As such, it has employees that are a pleasure to work with. I'd been referred to Chris Messina and found him to be very engaging, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle that fell within my parameters. Having already decided on an Explorer, it was a matter of selecting the right one. Chris knew this vehicle and its previous owner, a many-time repeat customer with whom I had the privilege to speak. That conversation reinforced my gut feel about the inherent and consistent high quality of this dealership. Chris very effectively enabled me to determine that this was the correct "Exploder" for me. Pete Chicarelli, sales manager for pre-owned vehicles, expertly carried the negotiation process forward with clarity and refreshing brevity as our positions developed. Our negotiation resulted in what I believe to be a very good value, especially given my sense of trust in this dealership. Beth Delaney, the finance manager, was a delight to work with, efficiently handled the mountains of paperwork, and guided me to extended warranty coverage that I also believe to be a very good value, being tailored to my pattern of vehicle usage. In short, this was a good--a very good--buying experience. And that was exactly what my brother told me to expect from Ditschman. Lou was a great salesperson to have, not pushing us toward any particular option but listening to our needs and being attentive to our concerns. Everyone at this dealership was friendly, had a positive attitude, and most importantly of all, no one was pushy or dishonest. We were given detailed CarFax for both vehicles we were looking at so that we could make an informed decision, and we are thrilled with our choice.
