Ed Havens, our sales representative, did a great job of walking us through the features and the test drive and by the end of our visit, the Ford Escape was on our list of possible vehicles. Loved the car, the features, and the ride. Furthermore, if we were to buy a Ford, we were going to buy it at Flemington, thanks to Ed. He was not only personable and knowledgeable, but also extremely friendly and low-pressure. He let the car do much of the selling for him. This was the style we could really relate to and made us want to go back to Flemington. On our second visit, with a second test drive, we were sold. Ed got us a good trade-in price on our existing vehicle and we arrived at a fair price for the deal. It was a pleasure dealing with Ed. Kevin Hayden walked us through the dealer prep and service contract options and again, did not pressure us into any unwanted services.
