My family went into the dealership looking for a car for my nephew and walked out with 3 brand new cars. So, off to meet with Keven Hayden to learn if we could afford the cars which we were interested in. Kevin Hayden, sat, listened and then proceeded to run the "financials". He worked his magic and was able to come up with rates and figures that would fit my budget and allow me to walk out of the dealership with not only a new car for myself but two other cars. Even after the deal was completed and all that was left was for me to come 2 days later and pick up my car, Kevin continued to search to see if he was able to find me a lower interest rate to lower my payments even more. Our experience was positive and not stressful. After a rough first day car search... a Monday in July at lunchtime w/ my 2 kids and no sales people available on the salesfloor... waited for about 15 min and then decided to go back later and look at our o lunchtime w/ my 2 kids and no sales people available on the salesfloor... waited for about 15 min and then decided to go back later and look at our other options at other dealers.... we were pleasantly surprised to meet Brian Mullen when we returned another day. We were greeted with a smile and enthusiasm... someone who cared and wanted to do business. Since I knew what I was looking for by this time, it was a fairly easy process. We just needed to find the right car and price which Brian did in a matter of hours. My husband came to take a test drive and we agreed on a price. Unfortunately over the weekend a competitors ad beat that price with an Expedition that had more options. I called Jim Obrien to let him know and ask if he could do anything better on the truck we had chosen and all my reasons. After a couple of phone calls and I'm sure some frustration on both sides, we were able to go home in the truck they had brought from MD for us. Chris Callahan could not have been more organized and efficient in the finance area. We have heard wonderful things about Flemington Ford and they're service department and I'm happy to say we experienced the same! More
