I was in the market for a CPO vehicle when I went shopping with my brother on a busy Saturday morning. I had test driven a Chevy Cruze, Toyota Camry and Honda Accord Coupe before I headed to Ditschm shopping with my brother on a busy Saturday morning. I had test driven a Chevy Cruze, Toyota Camry and Honda Accord Coupe before I headed to Ditschman Ford. It was a very busy day but the gentleman who greeted us called new car sales to have someone come over to work with us. David Hill arrived quickly and offered a relaxed and helpful experience as we test drove three Ford Fusions. He is a great salesman and practices his craft with great balance. Nothing is more frustrating than a talkative salesperson during a test drive when you want to listen to and engage with the car, but David allowed my brother and I to enjoy the test drive and offered details about the vehicle without being overbearing. The CPO department was especially helpful in answering my many questions about the Fusion and its Sync technology. Interested in the vehicle, Ditschman listed the vehicle under KBB value, yet David went to the CPO manager, Pete Chircarelli to seek a better deal nevertheless. I appreciated Pete's flexibility and friendliness during the negotiation process. I was especially impressed by the little details offered by their finance team headed by Beth Delaney who helped find an outstanding finance rate and explained my options with great detail. Overall, I had a great experience at Ditschman and would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
I am in customer service and when I walked thru your doors I felt genuine friendliness. Many dealerships treat you like cattle and pump you out like you came off a conveyor line. I've also have been showing off my car to fellow worker and let them know that the little bit off extra travel to the dealership is worth it. More
My family went into the dealership looking for a car for my nephew and walked out with 3 brand new cars. Keven Lawler sat and listened to what our needs were, from they type of car we were interested in to my nephew and walked out with 3 brand new cars. He took all this information and was able to find a car which fit our needs and budget. While I was not looking for a car for myself, Kevin again took the time to ask how I was enjoying my car, which I also purchased from your dealership, how much mileage I had on my car and then proceeded to show me a car which he thought I would love, and he was right. So, off to meet with Keven Hayden to learn if we could afford the cars which we were interested in. Kevin Hayden, sat, listened and then proceeded to run the "financials". He worked his magic and was able to come up with rates and figures that would fit my budget and allow me to walk out of the dealership with not only a new car for myself but two other cars. Even after the deal was completed and all that was left was for me to come 2 days later and pick up my car, Kevin continued to search to see if he was able to find me a lower interest rate to lower my payments even more. The dedication of employees like Kevin Lawler and Kevin Hayden are the reason why myself and my family has bought all our cars for the past 25 years and will continue to do so. More
