I had been searching for a well maintained, like new, used Ford Limited Escape for a couple of months. I was apprehensive due to the fact that the dealership was eight hours away and all I had to go on were some low resolution photos and the descriptions of the vehicle provided by Joe and Ray. I made it clear that I am very particular and that I had a lot at stake by traveling such a long distance to the dealership. Joe convinced me that I would not be disappointed. I must be honest in stating that even my expectations were exceeded. The vehicle was 'like new' in every way. My family and I could not be happier. David Hill was my sales representative. I enjoyed my time with him immensely. He was informative, prompt and quickly got me to the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. He clearly went through all the documents, went through all the options as far as optional coverages and services, and didn't hound me to purchase these optional items. The paperwork went very smoothly and quickly. Overall, it was the easiest and best experience I have had at a car dealership. When questioning the "ride" of an Explorer, Tom immediately had the service center lower the tire pressure and we test drove it a second time. We loved it and that actually became the vehicle we purchased! Jeff in Finance was pleasant and very helpful in suggesting payment options as well. We were able to pick up our vehicle the very next day and all was in order when we arrived at the dealership.
