New car purchase - special order expected to have in 6-7 weeks, took over 3 months...insufficient communication and effort to expedite and respond to delays...apologies were received, some restitution of at dealer cost, but luke warm on overall response to situation. Both cases suggest they are not particular hungry for business, particularly repeat business More
