Sales was done with no pressure however, the vehicle we traded in was registered in two names and all the paperwork on the purchased vehicle was done in one name. The vehicle we traded in was priced by Kelly Blue Book at a reasonable amount but the dealership would not budge above the lowest figure even though our trade was actually valued much higher. There was no give or take in the trade on their part which at that point was almost complete and we had no choice but to take what they offered us. More
