I called the dealership for a new F-350 and got Tom Santangelo on the phone. He was very nice and very attentive to what I asked of him. We then spoke about selling price and financing and basically made the deal over the phone. I went to the dealership to sign the all the documents and was greeting by Tom and we sat down and went over everything. All my questions were answered and at no time I was pressured as other dealers would do. I have purchased numerous vehicles for our company from numerous dealers and I would like to say that Flemington Ford is by far the top dealer of choice. This is our companies 3rd vehicle from Flemington Ford and we are going back for 2 more when current leases expire. Professional, knowledgeable, and very nice to deal with. We arrived at a fair selling price without the "tooth pulling" back and forth negotiations that were all too common with auto dealerships in the past. I didn't want to pay for all sorts of extras I wasn't interested in. Tiana was able to locate a vehicle equipped with only the options and packages I wanted.
