My experience was out of this world. It was textbook. There was no hard selling and everyone I spoke to treated me like I knew them all my life. The salesman Joe Valenti was a pleasure to deal with and he knew his job to the T! There was no going back and forth game of I have to talk to my manager like at all other dealers. And to my surprise the finance manager Aubrey Garson offered me but wasn't trying to hassle me into buying the extra insurances that most good dealers offer their customers. Listen folks overall I give them a 5 star rating but you don't have to take my word on it but if you need a new or pre-owned car it will be your loss if you don't try them first. More

Chris Messina and Kevin Hayden made my buying experience easy and enjoyable. After test driving the car and noticing a noise with the brakes the car was getting serviced within the hour to have the rotors r easy and enjoyable. This is not my first purchase and will not be the last because of the professionalism and friendly personalities of the associates at this dealership. Kevin Hayden has always helped me when times were good and not so good for my business. It is a heart felt privilege to continue with these people. As far as a welcoming atmosphere from the time we walk in until we drive away in our new vehicle, it is superb. When I arrive I am greeted with a smile and good morning/afternoon from numerous personel. The front desk receptionist, the salesman as we walk thru the corridor of the showroom. As soon as we are seated at Carl's desk someone will offer a beverage. Coffee and ice cold bottled water is on the ready. If I have a question each and every person will do everything possible to answer it within a timely fashion. We were curious as to the origin of the "EcoBoost" engine, within minutes it was answered. We ordered our new Ford Expolrer in November. Delivery estimate was 6-8 weeks. Not to be disappointed, the brand new Expolrer was delivered as promised, exactly as we ordered and with a few added accessories. Love the lighted glove box and the additional lighting in the rear carrying department. The color is perfect.. We truly enjoy driving and riding in our 2012 and our now brand new 2014 Ford Explorer. Carl and Kevin are a great team, Carl for his salesmanship and Kevin for his knowledge of the banking system. It was definitely a pleasure doing business with this awesome team and dealership.
