This is my first time dealing with Ditschman. I came to them because they had the pre-owned vehicle that I was looking for and was willing to travel to their location to see the vehicle. They were very interested in earning my business and we ultimately came to very fair arrangement on the their vehicle and on my trade. I also appreciated that Britt and Aubrey took care of the paperwork details in advance of me arriving for at the dealer for delivery so that we did not have to spend all night their. Many thanks! My wife and I decided after one year we were not happy with our current vehicle. Many reasons why so we started shopping around and doing some homework on line. We went to see Fred Kress and told him we were interested in a Ford Fusion hybrid. We both test drove it, but my wife thought it was too small for a family of five so we left. During the week we talked about it and wanted to go back with all the kids to see if need be if they could fit, we even brought my sons hockey bag to make sure it fit in the trunk. The kids were able to fit in the back seat and the hockey bag in the trunk so we decided to purchase the car. We decided on the price and started a little paper work, but having all three kids with us was a bit challenging so we asked Fred if we could come back the following Saturday to purchase the car and he said yes. He was so accommodating and friendly. We will recommend Fred and the dealership to our friends and family. A few years ago we bought my wifes Chevy from the sister dealership and are extremely happy with that purchase as well. We will be back in a few years! More
Very poor customer service. Offered no willingness to help nor took any initiative to help me with my warranty issue. I had to drive to the dealer to get answers. Once at the dealer Bob stated that he forgot about my issue, after I had waited three weeks for an answer, with numerous follow up calls to both him and the advisor. During our conversation at the dealer, he told me it was a problem that Ford needed to handle and he had no responsibility for it because they are just the dealer. In my view, the dealer is Ford. If I have an issue I expect the dealer to take that responsibility and be my line of communication with Ford because that is where I have the relationship. Bob disregarded that and told me he doesn't need to help me because I did not buy the truck from Ditschman and I have not been a paying customer. Very unprofessional and will not do business with again. More
I gave the rating great because it was a positive experience from the time we entered the building. Justin was expecting us and was ready to assist with what we were looking for which was specific. I came to Flemington Ford with great hopes of leaving with a car. I am a teacher and had spoke to a number of people, whom all said Flemington Ford was the place to go! It was said that not only do you g with a car. I am a teacher and had spoke to a number of people, whom all said Flemington Ford was the place to go! It was said that not only do you guys have a greater selection, but that your customer service was one to stand by. Needless to say, I left completely shocked, disappointed and discouraged. In addition to Britt Long's racist impersonation of the gentleman who had called toward the end of my visit, I felt like he had also treated me different. Not only did he only compare the certified pre-owned car that I was interested to only new models, but he did not even bring up any of the 3-4 other preowned vehicles, that I've seen are available online, that were also in my price range. There was NO attempt to try to find a car that would fit my needs. The moment I shared that the offer wasn't a match, he stapled your card to the sheet, and that was that. I had been to another dealership the night before, who unfortunately did not have what I was looking for in stock. At this dealership, both the salesman and manager were searching and suggesting options that may work for me. I was there for 3 hours and felt that they really tried. With Britt, I was in and out in an hr. I wondered if it was just me, or the fact that we were two female customers, but my friend felt the same way. It's a shame to see the difference in treatment from dealership to dealership, salesman to salesman. I've already shared my experience with those that referred this dealership to me and they were shocked. It's also unfortunate that now, I also feel that you would most likely turn around and speak negatively about me to others too. If anything, I hope this brought to their attention, some sensitivity and professionalism that ALL customers deserve. I had called the next day to speak with a manager and was given the run around by another salesman named Joe Valenti. He told me Ed Wood, was the manager. I followed up around 4:30p.m. left another message. It was not until I looked up e-mail address that I found out Pete Chicarelli, was the actual Pre-owned Sales manager. Pete did follow up with me but had little to say to explain the lies and unprofessional behavior at this dealership. Once again, I felt undervalued as a potential customer. Purchasing a car, under stressful conditions, is hard enough. This entire experience is ridiculously unbelievable. Fortunately, I was able to find the perfect car, assisted by wonderful, kind and professional salesman at a Nissan dealership 3 days later. More

Brian easily found a car that matched exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process simple, easy, and straight for through a co-worker. I really like that he suggested specific cars with the options that I was looking for and didn't try and sell me something that I didn't want. I could not have had a better or easier experience purchasing a brand new car and I would highly recommend this dealership. I feel like I got a good deal and I am totally satisfied with my purchase. I never felt pressured or pushed in a certain direction and would certainly give them my business again in the future. More
