The level of service at Ditschman was high during all aspects of the purchase process. My primary motivation for making a purchase at a dealership versus purchasing the car from an individual was the se aspects of the purchase process. My primary motivation for making a purchase at a dealership versus purchasing the car from an individual was the services that dealerships offer. I think that if a car is purchased from a good dealer then there are value added benefits such as the vehicle certification program and knowledgeable people who are still there after the purchase process is completed. This is important to since I tend to have cars serviced at dealers and therefore the relationship between me as buyer and the dealership extends beyond the day of purchase. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Mark at Flemington Ford. Mark took the time to explain all available options with the vehicle and was more then happy to share all financial numbers inv at Flemington Ford. Mark is also an excellent communicator via email, which shortens the actual time I had to spend in the dealership and the back and forth on pricing. My family was looking for a leftover 2008 F250 in 2009. After going to a few dealerships where no one wanted to do the legwork to find it, we went to Ditschman and sales person Chris Messina found us the t After going to a few dealerships where no one wanted to do the legwork to find it, we went to Ditschman and sales person Chris Messina found us the truck we wanted. Actually, he found us one in Delaware, which was sold the morning Ditschman was going to pick it up for us, and then found us another one quickly. The truck developed an anti-freeze leak and we took it to our local Ford dealer, as Ditschman is over 45 minutes from our home and the local dealer is 5 minutes. We honestly took it at least 3 times, while the radiator was under warranty and we were always told that the other dealership couldn't find the leak, although I would routinely have a spot on my driveway from anti-freeze. Finally, after having to add anti-freeze and just the continuing annoyance of the leak, we decided to take the truck to Ditschman. I kid you not, they found the leak without a problem. We were advised that there were actually 2 leaks, a hose and from the radiator. We had the radiator and hose replaced. When I went in to pick up the truck, I stopped by to say hello to Chris and let him know that we were interested in purchasing another car from him in the Spring. We spoke for few minutes about the truck and he told me that there was a Ford Customer hotline that we could make a record of the issue in case there was ever a recall for the radiator. He also mentioned that sometimes they would reimburse for part of the expense, although there was no guarantee. Being that it was a big expense, I thought let's try it. My husband called and spoke w/ the representative. She noted that the service at the other dealership was noted and was within the warranty period. She advised that she would speak w/ someone at Ditschman and someone would be in touch. A few days later, we received a phone call from the GM at Ditschman advising that Ford had agreed to pay for the radiator and we should be expecting a check for $800. What a great surprise and all because Chris took the time to listen and provide the great service that he's always provided. We've purchased the truck and a Focus from Chris and intend on returning in the Spring to purchase a Fusion. He has never been anything but helpful and diligent in his search. More
Our recent purchase from Ditschman Ford was our 4th, including 3 in the last year counting my sons F-150, my Nissan Murano, and the Ford Explorer for my wife. We have always found the dealership to be very straightforward, trustworthy, and friendly whether we are dealing with sales or service. We have Ford dealers closer to us, but we go back to Ditschman because no one else makes us feel as comfortable. We highly recommend Ditschman Ford and our rep, Tom Santangelo, to friends looking to purchase a vehicle. Tom's thoroughness in knowing the vehicles and listening to our needs makes the experience a very enjoyable one (as hard as that may be to believe). We have bought three cars from Tom, and we left each time feeling happy with what we bought instead of uncertain about what we were sold. As someone who is also in sales I consider that the highest of compliment for Tom and the Ditschman Ford team. More

I had great experience purchasing my car. This was my first time buying a car and Joe Valenti my salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. From the time I called and talked to Ray on the phone to inquire about the availability of a car I saw on line I had a good feeling . When I got there I was welcomed by 2 nice woman (one named Bryann ) who made me feel like I was visiting rather than a put on type of welcome I felt at another dealership I had been to earlier that day. I was asked how could they help me and one went to get Ray and the other asked me if I'd like coffee or water.It was so nice...I asked for some water at the other dealership and I was told to walk back to the front of the showroom an d to make a left and go down the stairs and at the end of the hall I was treated to a water fountain..Right there you had them beat. Ray was great from the start and made me feel comfortable . He even had the car I wanted to see waiting for me to test drive right outside the door..great service !!He made the purchase painless and explained everything to me as we went along. The financing went smooth too thanks to Beth. She too was wonderful ,friendly and knows her stuff. She also was very good explaining the process and arranging everything to make buying the car a breeze. Meeting Pete was a pleasure too. Just like everyone I met at the dealership he it was great to meet and do business with. It was very upbeat feeling in the showroom...It's nice to see how everyone works as a team and seems to genuinly enjoy what they do. All the employees are keepers ! I also got a great deal and will tell everyone how terrific Ditschman is.. Thanks to everyone who made buying a car fun. More

Flemington just stands out as such a positive experience compared to other dealerships I've visited. They treat you with respect and the whole buying and service experience is a pleasure...the way car buying should be. Tom Santangelo was great to work with on this car purchase. He helped me make an informed decision on which car was best for me and then put a very good deal together for me with no hassle or unnecessary pressure. I would highly recommend working with Tom.
