Dave was very helpful when I first called about the GMC Acadia I was interested in purchasing. He went out to look at the vehicle and gave me his impression of the car's overall condition. I found a used 2007 MKX through the USAA on line car comparison guide. One of the 800 numbers was not valid and when I researched to use one of 908 numbers my initial call was directed to your BMW dealership. The sales person (Scott) was not familiar with the car and needed to call me back. After waiting over 30 minutes, I called again and this time was directed to the used car area and my call was taken by Britt Long. Britt was very helpful and checked immediately for the availability of the car. He knew that it was a trade-in and was being serviced. We wanted to move quickly, so he had the car available for us to test drive. Britt was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When we came in for the test drive, I recognized him as the person who had helped me with the warranty part of a previous transaction with your dealership. We purchased a 2009 Lincoln MKS in 2011 from you. This helped put me at ease. The salesperson, Ray Wesley helped me with that MKS transaction and I did not realize that he was still with your organization until after I had met in person with Britt. Ray was also a great person to deal with and I did feel badly when I saw him in the showroom! We did decide to buy the 2007 MKX. The transaction went smoothly and we were offered a $200 previous customer discount as well as the on-line discount. My husband was going out to town, so we returned on Thursday, March 6 to sign the paperwork. Britt called our insurance and took care with getting them the appropriate information. We then met with Beth DeLaney. Beth is extremely capable and also very caring. You can tell that she enjoys her job and enjoys people. Another comment I would offer is that it would be helpful to give the customer access to the warranty information before you sit down to discuss. It is a lot to absorb and at that point in the transaction you start to experience "fatigue". It is an important decision and you should be give an opportunity to make sure that you feel you are making a fully informed decision. Beth was very good at explaining your choices, but still we did feel slightly rushed during that part. We did explain our feeling to Beth and she went out of her way to help us reach a decision for our extended warranty. In conclusion, I have been very pleased with both of my transactions. I have been on line since Monday, just to see what is out there in the used car market. I feel that we have received a good deal from what I can see is currently available. I would definitely recommend your dealership and who knows-we may see you again! More

Our salesman, Dave, was only on his first week of working as a car salesman, but he did an awesome job! There was no pressure and he was very enthusiastic and easy to talk to! Whatever questions he couldn't answer he did whatever he could to find out for us. I would recommend him to all my friends and family! Beth, the financial officer, was very sweet and very helpful with explaining all the differences in loans and protection plans. Once again there was no pressure, she was honestly looking out for our best interests. Her caring for us a people, not just as dollar signs, was apparent! Pete, the general manager, did everything he could to make sure that we stayed in our budget and walked away happy! We couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! The level of service at Ditschman was high during all aspects of the purchase process. My primary motivation for making a purchase at a dealership versus purchasing the car from an individual was the se aspects of the purchase process. I think that if a car is purchased from a good dealer then there are value added benefits such as the vehicle certification program and knowledgeable people who are still there after the purchase process is completed. This is important to since I tend to have cars serviced at dealers and therefore the relationship between me as buyer and the dealership extends beyond the day of purchase. I was very satisfied with the customer service at Ditschman Ford. More
This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Mark at Flemington Ford.
