Great experiance, however, very busy dealership, took 2 days to get my car. But I am very happy with my purchase. My saleman was knowledgeable and helpful. I came in on a friday night and there was no days to get my car. But I am very happy with my purchase. My saleman was knowledgeable and helpful. I came in on a friday night and there was no one to assist in getting my car ready, I returned on saturday and this finalization took another 2.5 hours. Intotal 4.5-5 hours of my time which I feel is a bit excessive to buy a car. More
Mark did an excellent job of listening to what I wanted in a car and delivered. He was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I was also impressed with Mark’s knowledge of the product. In the past when I’ve dealt with car salesmen, I felt as if I was teaching them on the features available in the car. Not so with Mark. Mark even knew the history of the car/features and how they have developed over time. Understanding this history and how features compared to the competition, made it an easier buying decision for me, which was a big decision as I’ve only owned Toyota’s for the past 15 years. Mark has definitely set the bar high and has completely changed the way I think of car salesmen. When an issue occurred after the sale was complete over a misunderstanding of the ability of the remote start system, Mark was very responsive and as such, we came to a resolution very quickly. That showed a lot about Mark and the dealership’s character, that they were still trying to impress and earn my business even after the sale was complete. I have nothing but great things to say about Mark and the Ditschman/Flemington Ford dealership. I look forward to my next purchase at Ditschman and I will do my very best to spread the word of the high quality service that I experienced while working with Mark. More
My experience at Ditschman/Flemington ford very pleasurable. There was no pressure from my salesman Fred to rush to "sign the line". He did a lot of research for me. We went to Flemington Ford without any appointment because we weren't planning on buying a car that day. We just wanted to take a closer look at the car my husband was interested in. As a person who worked in the auto industry I know that a salesperson must have knowledge and personality. Joe had both. He was very knowledgable and had a great personality. We felt comfortable and we knew that we were in good hands so we decided to go ahead and buy a car. Aubrey was also extremely helpful. She went out of her way to find a bank that could give us the best interest rates. We were extremely happy with how everything was handled at Flemington Ford. If not Joe and Aubrey we probably wouldn't have gotten a car that day. I will never go to a different dealership again and I will make sure to tell all my friends about Flemington Ford. I had a wonderful experience at Ditschman buying my 2014 Ford Escape this past weekend! I worked with Tom Santangelo and he made the whole experience so seamless and fun! Everyone who I interacted with at the dealership was great but Tom was so knowledgeable & helpful thru the whole process. I came in looking for a new Ford Escape with my family. Tom listened and was able to identify our needs rather quickly. Once we decided on the car, Tom went thru all of the options for both leasing and buying the vehicle. He was so easy going even though I still had not made up my mind about what I wanted to do! After finally deciding Tom went over the incentives (which were all great) and all of the necessary steps for securing my Escape! The days leading up to my purchase, Tom kept in constant contact where we got a lot of the paperwork out of the way. When coming in to pick up my car everything felt so organized and seamless. I traded in my 2011 Escape (all very quickly) then proceeded to begin the process of leasing my new Escape. Tom has everything ready for us prior to coming in so all I had to do was meet with finance and sign my paperwork. This was also very seamless and quick. Our finance guy went over all of the terms and documents that we had to sign. I was at ease the whole time and felt very good about all my decisions. Tom then proceeded to congratulate me and hand over the keys! I am so appreciative that Tom spent over an hour to go over all the features in the Escape. He also took the time to hook up my cell phone to the sync system and address any questions that I had. Throughout the process I felt as though Tom was advising me as a friend rather than just a sales person. I feel so great about the whole process and cannot thank Tom & Flemington Ford enough! This is our 7th car leased or purchased from this great dealership. We live in North Jersey and it is a 90 minute trip but we will go nowhere else because of Kevin Lawler and Jerry Sheehan. This time around we had limited circumstances due to job loss but Kevin and Jerry took care of us; it was more about us than the deal... where do you see that anymore? We received an e-mail, from Ditschman, regarding our 2011 Edge which said that it may be a good time to consider trading the Edge in on something newer - the interesting part for us was the mention of possib Edge which said that it may be a good time to consider trading the Edge in on something newer - the interesting part for us was the mention of possibly reducing our monthly payment. As we were taking the Edge in for service, we made an appointment with Chris Messina to discuss the possibility of purchasing a new car. We looked at the new Escape and determined that it would fit our needs -- Chris, as usual, worked with us to put together the package we needed for the Escape Titanium. He expedited the evaluation of our Edge, took us for a test drive in a Titanium, and found a Titanium on the lot that was the perfect color. After all the numbers came back to him, we did indeed lower our monthly payment and determined that we would purchase the Escape. Chris arranged for the new car to be detailed, contacted the necessary companies to satisfy the remaining loan and institute insurance coverage for the new car. We then proceeded to Kevin Hayden to sign all of the papers necessary to purchase our new car. Our experience with Ditschman Ford was exemplary -- Chris and Kevin handled our transaction professionally and efficiently.. More
