Great experiance, however, very busy dealership, took 2 days to get my car. But I am very happy with my purchase. My saleman was knowledgeable and helpful. I came in on a friday night and there was no days to get my car. But I am very happy with my purchase. My saleman was knowledgeable and helpful. I came in on a friday night and there was no one to assist in getting my car ready, I returned on saturday and this finalization took another 2.5 hours. Intotal 4.5-5 hours of my time which I feel is a bit excessive to buy a car. More

Mark even knew the history of the car/features and how they have developed over time. Understanding this history and how features compared to the competition, made it an easier buying decision for me, which was a big decision as I’ve only owned Toyota’s for the past 15 years. Mark has definitely set the bar high and has completely changed the way I think of car salesmen. When an issue occurred after the sale was complete over a misunderstanding of the ability of the remote start system, Mark was very responsive and as such, we came to a resolution very quickly. That showed a lot about Mark and the dealership’s character, that they were still trying to impress and earn my business even after the sale was complete. I have nothing but great things to say about Mark and the Ditschman/Flemington Ford dealership.
