The people at Ditschman Ford made the whole car buying experience extremely pleasant. When I initially walked in, I was afraid that I would be pressured into making a decision that day, but to my surpris experience extremely pleasant. I was able to build a car that I truly wanted, all of my needs were more than met and after my order had been placed with the factory, I was given ample updates as to the status of my car and when I could expect it. The day I came to pick up the car, not only was the process of filling out the paperwork easy, but it was actually enjoyable as everything was clearly explained to me in as far as my financing options as well as protection for the car. I got the feeling that the folks at Ditschman Ford went above and beyond to ensure that I got the greatest deal on the car, When I was shown my new car, the presentation was more than I could have hoped for. They took their time explaining all of the new features of the car to me and I left the dealership feeling satisfied that I had been taken care of and not rushed out the door. On our most recent visit, David Hill was our salesperson and he helped us find the right vehicle to replace our Leased Ford Edge. the late 1990's. I looked at a car (2011 ford taurus) online and quickly received 2 emails, one from Charlie Cook and one from Aubrey Garson, I spoke with Aubrey over the phone about the car and she moved mountains to get me the low interest loan I wanted for the car. That weekend I drove to the dealer (from Pennsylvania) and met with Charlie and Aubrey. After a quick test drive I realized something was wrong with the car. We immediately drove back to the dealer where they took it to the service department and figured out there was a transmission mount bushing that was worn. It was fixed in an hour and soon after I was on my way home with my new car. If you are looking for a new/used or certified pre owned car there is no better place to go than Ditschman! I read reviews and often wonder if they are fake so let me tell you...............THIS REVIEW IS AS REAL AND GENUINE AS THEY GET! I will no longer go anywhere else to buy a car.
