We stumbled upon Flemington and Brian Mullen a little over a year ago because they just happened to have the color we were looking for with my fathers F-150. Less than a year later my family now has two new F-150's and two new Ford Escape's. It's always been said that you know you have a successful business and are good at what you do when you can get new customers and get them to come back. Nothing is more evident of Ditschman being an excellant dealership and Brian being a great salesman than our driveway at a family get together. Through every one of our four transactions Brian has shown that he wants to do best by his customer and will put the in the work needed to find the vehicle you want. From there Kevin made signing the papers and getting the best loan set up to save even more than expected when the initial deal was made. What more can you ask for. The best car dealership We spent many hours looking for and driving competitors cars. We were lied to, and made to wait, while the salesman "talked to the manager". They were all dressed in white shirts and ties, calm and personable. Fred Kress was exceptional at offering us just the information we were looking for, in a professional manner. We were impressed by his manner, and were very trusting in the information he presented to us. When I was ready to leave the lot with our new car, Fred, although it was 25 minutes past closing time, took all the time in the world to explain all the workings of the car. Kevin Hayden was also very professional and personable. We were impressed by the efficient way he presented the financial papers. Not rushing, explaining carefully was his style. I also wanted to mention that after being very disillusioned with the car dealerships we had visited, I began checking the license plate holders in parking lots, and found that the Flemington bracket was the most popular of all!!! That is why we visited there, finally! More

I originally called and spoke to Pete, the used car manager who worked with me and understood what I was looking is exactly what my wife and I got. He then had me work with Britt, my salesman who set up our delivery and took our application over the phone. Beth Delaney, the F&I manager then called us and went over what the numbers would be and she set the expectation prior to delivery. I needed to have my insurance agent verify my coverage and when Beth was with a customer, Aubrey, another financial rep took my message and made sure that Beth received the information that was crucial to allowing us to take the car on a Saturday. Everyone at the dealer who we dealt with worked together like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend this team and dealership to anyone. I think it's important to note that my wife and I live over 2 hours from this dealership and did not hesitate to make the drive due to their personal touch. More
