I had been looking for a few months for a new or CPO Mustang.I am always a little reluctant to contact dealerships.I am so happy that I finally decided to contact Ditschman/Flemington Ford Lincoln.They definitely have the best deals in the north east. I am amazed to this day at the quality of cars they have for sale! I saw my Mustang on the internet sitting there on their showroom floor.I knew I had to have it (well the color is called "Gotta Have It Green" after all ) I was pleasantly surprised when Bryann emailed and called me right away.I knew right away this was a dealership that was not into high pressure sales but a very professional dealership. Bryann was great to talk to and very helpful. Before I knew it Bryann had connected me with Ray Wesley.I could tell Ray was extremely knowledgable of the ford line including Mustangs Ray really seemed to care about making sure I was buying the exact car that was right for me,. After thinking over the deal for a day and asking Ray a million questions. I finally contacted Ray on his day off (but he was totally ok with that) and I was finally off to buy my new Mustang GT. A couple of friends who had purchased the same year and model mustang a few months ago. I think they thought I was a little crazy driving 4 hours one way to buy a Mustang GT but they knew it was what I wanted. When we arrived we where amazed at the size of the dealership and how employees where walking around smiling.I was a little nervous until I saw my Mustang sitting their on the showroom floor with someone detailing it.In mint condition no scratches and no dents or dings just as Ray promised. Basically no miles and just like new. We where treated like guests at a family Get together it was a great feeling.I had no doubt this was going to be the best buying experience ever. Ray had me meet quickly with Aubrey to answer some quick financial questions so she could work on some paperwork while we looked over my mustang. We of course where very picky about looking over the car again and again trying to find any flaws.Both Myself and my friend have built and painted many show winning cars so of course we are pickier than most people looking over cars. Ray was very patient with us and promised us the car was perfect and it was. Before I knew it we where off on our test Drive Ray was great even during the test drive and did not rush me in driving the car and told me all about the bells and whistles the Mustang Gt Premium had. My Friends and I sat down to talk to Ray and where pleasantly surprised when he offered us soda or coffee or water. we both looked at each other and said wow this is a great dealership.They really make you feel at home. I then met with Aubrey and finalized some paperwork. She was very pleasant to deal with and really seemed to enjoy her job and answered all my questions. Then it was back over to Ray who went over all the little details on my new Mustang Gt Premium and even told us a better way to drive back home to avoid traffic, I just wanted to say once again to Ray,Bryann and Aubrey Thank You So much for being so polite caring, professional and most importantly extremely knowledgeable about the Ford product line and caring about your customers. If you are looking to buy a car this Dealership is excellent to deal with, just ask For Bryann Moninghoff, Aubrey Garson and certainly be sure to ask for Ray Wesley.Ray was there for me to answer questions before,during and most importantly after the sale. I am probably the pickiest customer ever and Ray was awesome to deal with. Thanks again and please do not hesitate to deal with this dealership I normally do not write reviews up but Bryan, Aubrey and Ray Wesley really went well above and beyond and its great to know that such a great dealership and employees actually do still exist, More

We called to set up an appointment and were able to come in the very same day. We walked into the dealership and were immediately greeted by Beth Delaney, Britt Long, and Pete Chicarelli. They truly made our experience a hassle-free one! They were able to assist us in answering all of our questions and/or concerns we had through the process of purchasing our vehicle. They did not pressure you into anything, and let you be in the driver seat. Beth and Britt were a pleasure to deal with! When looking for our next new vehicle, you can bet we will be back to visit our friends at Ditschman Ford! More

From initial meeting to negotiating to signing the paperwork this was a great experience. The care that this group showed surpasses that of any dealership I have worked with. I got the vehicle I wanted for a good price with no problems. They worked in a timely manner. I also got a very fair price on a trade in. I met one of the owners (Byron Brisby) after a function the evening I purchased the vehicle. He asked me who I had worked with and knew his employees and their work ethic. Overall this was a really easy an transaction. Did the final paperwork by appointment and everything was ready to go. I would highly recommend to anyone who does not like the hassle or buying a car. LOVE 2014 FORD FOCUS TITANIUM! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Recently I purchased my 2014 Ford Focus Titanium and I absolutely LOVE it! I decided that when I was going to buy my car it was going to be from Ditsc Recently I purchased my 2014 Ford Focus Titanium and I absolutely LOVE it! I decided that when I was going to buy my car it was going to be from Ditschman Ford in Flemington primarily because my sister had bought her 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid from the dealership a year earlier and had a great experience with the staff at the dealership. Initially, when my dad and I decided to visit Ditschman Ford in Flemington I was just going to look around at the Ford Focus they had in the lot and pick up a pamphlet. I honestly had no intention of buying a Ford Focus until the summer. Tiana found us in the parking lot and told us that if we wanted to know more about the car we could come inside to talk and she would have a pamphlet ready for me. From the moment I sat down at Tiana’s desk to the time when I picked my car up I never felt pressured with my decisions and she truly wanted to make sure I was happy and felt comfortable with the car. I knew I wanted a Ford Focus and what color but I had no idea what features I wanted. Tiana sat down with me and helped me figure out what I wanted to have featured in my car. Once I decided that I was going to get the Ford Focus Titanium she was able to locate one at a dealership that was within a reasonable distance. My car ended up only having 30 miles on it when I got it! She had offered me a price and I had hoped the car was going to be a little less. Tiana was able to find a loan plan and rebates that brought the price of the car down to the price that I wanted. Chris, the business manager, was also able to find a lower rate for the loan than we had anticipated which was a great surprise! The day that I was going to pick up my car we ended up having a family gathering that was going to interfere with the scheduled pickup time of my car. Chris and Tiana were extremely accommodating and were more than willing to meet at an earlier time that day. All in all, I am extremely happy with my purchase and thanks to the efforts of Chris and Tiana I hope to continue to be a customer of theirs with my future car purchases. I could not have asked for a better group of individuals to help me buy my first car! My car is everything I hoped it would be and more! More
