This dealership is unlike any I have patronized before, they care about finding the right car for you both in conversation and test driving. Britt was congenial, knowledgeable, patient and efficient. He helped us decide on a beautiful 2011 Fusion that my wife loves. There was no BS or film-flaming as I have experienced elsewhere in the past just down to earth dealing. We paid a fair price and went home with our car. The couple of minor cosmetic issues with the car were instantly dealt with after asking only once. I highly recommend Ditschman Ford and will be back in the future when I need a new F150!! More

I still really wanted an F150 so I decided to try Ditschman/Flemington Ford Lincoln. My entire experience there was fantastic, from the time I walked into the dealership (I forgot the receptionist's name, but that personal greeting and offer of beverages set a nice tone) until the time I left with my new truck. Tom was a pleasure to work with - very professional. He knew the products, answered my questions, wasn't pushy, and approached the price negotiation very respectfully.
