Brain and Jerry were great, answered all may questions and were very helpful in finding me the right car for the new family. There was a small issue which required the car to go into service. Andrew in the service department was very knowledgeable and the work was perform much faster than expedited. Buying my Ford and beyond Tom and Beth were both pleasant to work with. My husband and I initially came down to look at new cars but after getting home and looking online saw Tom and Beth were both pleasant to work with. My husband and I initially came down to look at new cars but after getting home and looking online saw a used one we were interested in. We called Tom and arranged to come back the same day to take a closer look. Decided it should be mine and arranged to come back next day to get car and do financing. Unfortunately one of your finance people was in training that day so the process took almost 5 hours. The customer before me took unusually long, but Tom went over the controls in the car with me and even synced my phone to the car and sat with me while waiting for Beth to be ready to work with me. Beth was very busy and never even took lunch that day because because she knew I had been waiting. Knowing that my husband is not great when it comes to maintenance on my car I decided to go for the whole extended warranty & service plan. In hindsight I should have skipped the Datadots, but went for it believing I would get some of the cost back on my auto insurance…not the case, but Beth wouldn't have known that High Point only gives one security discount…so now I know for next time. I called Beth a day or two afterward to clarify some questions I had about my financing and she was good at getting back to me with the info I needed. While waiting for Beth & looking over the car I noticed a chip in the winshield that they had missed so they called Pete to see when it could be fixed. He thought the repair guy was due back the following Thursday and said he would confirm this for me….the confirmation got lost in the shuffle somewhere and I had to make several phone calls to confirm that yes I should come back on that Thursday (was fianlly confirmed on Wednesday). In the meantime, I had noticed that the breaks vibrated or pulsed when breaking at higher speeds so I called to see if they could test it when I brought it in for the windshield. I was given a drop off appointment on July 2….but not wanting to have someone drive to Flemington twice in one day I checked with the service department after the windshield was repaired (chip still visible, but smooth…was told due to being and older chip impurities in the water would leave the appearance less than ideal but the repair should hold) to see if there was a problem or not so we would not have a wasted trip if what I felt was normal. They were kind enough to road test it for me while I waited. It wasn't normal. I asked if they could make the appointment so that I could wait for it to be fixed even if I need to wait several hours rather than have someone driving me back and forth to my home. I now have an 8:00 appointment and am going to read or visit the outlets while I wait for the repair (probably need new rotors) on 7/2. I asked if it was safe to drive because I am heading to DC with my kids on the 26th and they assured me it was safe, but would get worse with time. Overall I love my "almost new" car. It is a 2012 Fusion with only 10000 miles. Aside from the chip it looked brand new, and aside from the vibration, feels new. I downsized from an SUV and am liking the change. We had purchased my 2004 Explorer from Ditschman Ford and I got my monies worth from it. I hope I will feel the same way about my Fusion. Terri T Update, My Fusion provided a comfortable and reliable first long trip to DC. I took it in this morning to have the vibration checked and they did need to machine the front rotors…now it feels brand new too. I give Tom and Beth Great scores for their friendliness and professionalism and doing everything in their power to make buying my car a good experience…the reason for the less than perfect score (the length of time to purchase and needing to bring it back twice) was out of their control. More

OVER THE YEARS I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE THAT WOULD LISTEN TO USE U GUYS AND MOST HAVE COME BACK GLOWING WITH THANK YOUS AT THE TREATMENT BUT MOST OF ALL U GUYS ALWAYS BEAT THE PRICES GIVEN AT ALL OTHER DEALERS !!!!! WHO COULD ASK FOR MORE FROM A CAR DEALER ++++ HAVE HEARD MR KALAFER IS A VERY GENEROUS MAN TO MANY CHARITIES. JEFF ZIRPOLO PS MY SISTER IN LAW DEBBIE ZIRPOLO BOUGHT A CAR RECENTLY [ A BUICK MAYBE ?? ] AND ON HER 2ND VISIT THE FINAL SALE NUMBER WAS QUITE A BIT LOWER THAN THE ORIGINAL ONE.........THE DAY PRIOR !!!!
