Great Experience! I recently traded in my vehicle at Ditschman Ford in order to lease a new Ford Escape. My salesperson could not have done more to make my wife and me satisfied with the car and the experience of purchasing a car. Joe did all that was possible to make the car what we wanted. Would gladly deal with Joe again. The pain could only be attributed to the horrible amount of forms needed to be completed. I lost interest after the 5th form. Buying a new vehicle can be an intimidating process but I never felt any pressure from anyone at Ditschman. In short, I explained what I wanted and got exactly that at a price I was comfortable with.
