He never pressured me with the car purchase, he thoughtfully took me through all the car's options to show me how the Fusion hybrid compared to other vehicles and I purchased the care from him knowing I made the right choice. Mark was also very good through the price negotiation process and helped me evaluate prices I had from other dealers, again confirming for me that I was getting the best deal possible. The reason this is not all 5 stars is that I was kept waiting for several hours at the dealership to sign paperwork to pick up the car. I was not allowed to schedule an appointment in advance, so I had to wait from 6 to 8pm waiting for the Sales Manager to present me with paperwork that took 5 minutes to sign. In all other respects, however, I believe Mark and the team at the Dealership worked hard to keep me satisfied that I was making the right decision to purchase my new car with them. I definitely recommend this dealership. More
Top Notch Customer-Dealer Relationship I initially visited a Ford dealer close by believing that would be convenient for service down the road. After nearly two weeks of futile attempts to find the car to fit my requirements, I went to Tom, mostly to confirm I was not just getting a run around. Run around or not, Tom immediately addressed my concerns with compassion and understanding that provided a renewed sense of expectation. Not having a suitable vehicle on his lot, Tom pulled up a list of vehicles at other dealerships that met my needs. and with his help, I selected one. In minutes Tom informed me the vehicle was available and I could have it within a few days, and indeed, I did. The closing with Chris and Tom was pleasant with light conversation, some additional recommendations, and a lot of signing, not at all intimidating. Following the paperwork, Tom sat with me in the vehicle and explained a plethora of operational specifics. He truly seemed excited for me and acted as if it was his thrill for my experience. I recommend Ditschman to anyone interested in buying a car because in the end, I believe you'll have a pleasant experience and end up with the vehicle you want. More

He was helpful with not only the sale, but also with providing the necessary information to my insurance company. The service department was also awesome. I have been there for 2 oil changes so far, and have dealt with Gina. I had an issue with my tires the day after my service (completely my fault), she managed to get me in right away to get two new tires. Then I was nervous about a burning rubber smell, and she had the senior service person (I don't know his name, but he was great too) go over the car to be sure it was safe (and of course it was) I have dealt with another Ford dealer in the past, and am blown away at the difference in service level! Fred Kress showed us the car and answered our questions without the high-pressure sales pitch. When we picked up the car, he gave a very thorough overview of how all the features and electronics worked and answered all my questions with no rush. Fred was easy to work with and had all the knowledge to answer our questions throughout the process. As for the dealership in general: They started with a fair price, which I was able to confirm from a couple of sources. I actually enjoy the negotiation process, but, with the up-front discounts and financing incentives, I couldn't find a reasonable basis to haggle over their price. The rest of the process to close the deal went very smoothly, making Ditschman a very good dealership to work with in my opinion. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others based on my own experience. I have spent more time shopping for a new computer than I did buying this car. More

It was great, no scams and friendly. I bought a used Ford Fiesta, and had a great experience. When looking at the car Uncle Joe was honest and did his best to help me out. At first I saw the car, came back and there was a deposit on it, when that fell through he promised to let me know in an hour and he did just that. When there was an issue with the window he made sure it was fixed and even oiled it himself. Taught me about the features of the car and what I would be getting for the price. It was helpful, which is what I needed especially when buying my first car. More

Mark Schmaling did a great job without any high pressure sales. At the back end, Chris Callahan was also very professional in finance. Asked me once of twice about the usual "add-ons", then gracefully moved on when I declined. Finance process was quick and efficient, and I was out of there and on the road in 90 minutes total. Would highly recommend this store, and Mark Schmaling in particular. More
