Fred Kress showed us the car and answered our questions without the high-pressure sales pitch. When we picked up the car, he gave a very thorough overview of how all the features and electronics worked and answered all my questions with no rush. Fred was easy to work with and had all the knowledge to answer our questions throughout the process. As for the dealership in general: They started with a fair price, which I was able to confirm from a couple of sources. I actually enjoy the negotiation process, but, with the up-front discounts and financing incentives, I couldn't find a reasonable basis to haggle over their price. The rest of the process to close the deal went very smoothly, making Ditschman a very good dealership to work with in my opinion. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others based on my own experience. I have spent more time shopping for a new computer than I did buying this car. More
