Mark did everything he could to meet my purchase requirements and was very helpful. Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mark and Ditschman Ford to my family and friends for their new car needs. Buying a new vehicle can be and usually is very stressful....the price haggling, the waiting for sales personnel that actually give you their undivided attention, financing options etc. I recently purchased a Ford Focus and could not be happier with my experience at this dealer. Mark Schmaling and Jim O'Brien were outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable and best of all, there was no pressure from either one of them. I told them what I was looking for, ( I was directed away from the first car I wanted as it was not a good choice for me even though the price was higher) and ended up with a car that I love for a very acceptable price. The most relaxing and pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. The paperwork for the financing was also quick and easy. I cannot say enough about this dealer! Everyone makes you feel comfortable and I absolutely felt no pressure at all.. Dealing with Jerry Sheehan and Kevin Lawler is as good as it gets. I must add that everyone was very pleasant and it made for a very uplifting overall experience.. My purchase was a new car for my 21 year old granddaughter and she felt so comfortable with Jerry and Kevin. We all have free choice in the dealership we choose.. My only suggestion is to first give Jerry Sheehan a call and discuss your potential purchase with him.. You would be hard pressed to find a more genuine and decent person than him.. More
