After deciding on a vehicle type, he thoroughly explained all the available options, service agreements, and warranties; and then waited patiently for our decision. When we picked up our vehicle, Fred explained each control and electronic option. He waited for us to understand each item before explaining the next. We were very confident leaving the dealership knowing we had made a good purchase and knew how to operate the vehicle. Eric in finance was equally pleasant to work with. he explained each document and waited patiently for us to read each one before signing. He quickly resolved the order of names on the contracts to be our preferred order. He presented and explained the extended service agreement options and patiently waited and honored our decision without further discussion. Thanks Fred and Eric. More
the big ugly van I wasted money on. I decided to buy a van from this dealer because they were close and I felt they sold a good product. Their prices suck but I had a good experience purchasing my f-150 last year so I decided to give them another shot. I originally planned on financing $13k but they prettymuch forced me to get the extended warranty and service plan which brought the price up to $15k that I had to finance. Even though the van was certified preowned when I left the lot the dash lights didn't work and the steering wandered. The next day the battery was dead. It took 3 visits to this dealer to get these issues fixed. The first 2 visits required me to leave the van for 2 to 3 days. The steering on the van is still awful and they refuse to replace the worn out bushings on the steering rack even though I have a warranty. The financing options for used cars are pretty good with low interest rates but don't expect to get a good price and don't expect much from the service department. Go to a dealer in Pennsylvania if you want a better deal. I wish I had. More

A professional, customer focused car buying experience I have been wanting (and needing) to get a new car for several years, but my previous experiences at other dealerships had prevented me from moving fo I have been wanting (and needing) to get a new car for several years, but my previous experiences at other dealerships had prevented me from moving forward. My concerns and reluctance to try again was assuaged when I met and worked with David Hill. I found David to be a funny, down-to-earth and professional individual who did not pepper me with constant questions or intrusive inquiries. He wisely let me set the tone of the sale; allowing me to ask the questions that I wanted to ask and explaining in full any details I needed clarified. After trying other vehicles at other dealerships, I ultimately decided to go with my first choice (Escape SE). I was concerned about the negotiating process, but I found David to be cool, focused and on my side when it came down to finalizing the price. In less less than a week, I drove off the lot in my new Escape and I could not have been more relieved that the process went so smoothly. A big thanks to David and the Flemington family of dealerships who have treated myself and my family so well over the years. More

Walking into a showroom can sometimes be setting yourself up to be pounced on but our first meeting with Jim O'Brien was very casual, very helpful and we did not feel in the slightest bit pressured. He did not even ask for our details. We arranged for a test drive the following week (our call) and then he and Brian Mullen were extremely helpful through the process helping find the right car at a price right on where research had shown the best deals were being made. No hassle. More
