My concerns and reluctance to try again was assuaged when I met and worked with David Hill. I found David to be a funny, down-to-earth and professional individual who did not pepper me with constant questions or intrusive inquiries. He wisely let me set the tone of the sale; allowing me to ask the questions that I wanted to ask and explaining in full any details I needed clarified. After trying other vehicles at other dealerships, I ultimately decided to go with my first choice (Escape SE). I was concerned about the negotiating process, but I found David to be cool, focused and on my side when it came down to finalizing the price. In less less than a week, I drove off the lot in my new Escape and I could not have been more relieved that the process went so smoothly. He did not even ask for our details.
