The entire car buying process was great, including a more than fair price for our trade-in. Financing handled by Chris was seamless, and he too was very pleasant and answered all our questions patiently. This included showing us the features and benefits of additional vehicle protection, which we took advantage of. Our entire sales experience with Chris was tremendous, He is an asset to this Ford dealership and made us feel comfortable and confident in the purchase we made today. He was very laid back and not pushy at all, lik I have experienced before. After contemplating the vehicle, I went home and dealt with Kelly Horvath online just asking a few questions regarding the price. She was very helpful and responded quickly. When time came to actually purchase the vehicle - Charlie Cook was top notch. I finished the deal with Beth Delaney and she was AWESOME! I felt so comfortable and it was evident she cared about me - from the warranty information to the overall numbers, she was WONDERFUL. She is very personable and I had a great time while my paperwork was being processed. I know sitting at a car dealer for a few hours can be torture, but I had a great time with Beth. She is personable, down to earth and very friendly. While I was there, I also met Joe Lustig who was able to tell me where my vehicle was purchased from and why he bought it - he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely buy another vehicle at this location. More
