After some challenging experiences with other dealers, we landed with the good people at Ditschman/Flemington Ford. I have purchased many cars in the past and it is always exhausting and painful despite the fact that it is an expensive purchase and I was the "customer". David Hill was our sales consultant. He was very patient with us and did not rush us into a purchase. He listened to our needs and worked with us on our schedule and pace, and he explained all the pricing options and deals fully. He was very flexible and great to work with, and got me through the whole purchase experience in less than two hours. Jeff Cramer was also great to work on the car financing process. It was painless and no pressure. Overall I would recommend these people to anyone. You will be pleasantly surprised as it was exactly the opposite of my past poor experiences with other dealers. The prices are very fair (I researched my top three choices and they were all well within the Kelley fair market price), and there's a wide selection, none of which are junkers. Basically, I walked in, said which car was my top choice, took it for a test drive, and left--no pressure. A few days later I contacted the dealer I'd seen, said I wanted the car, and he held it for me. We went back in and bought it, and I couldn't be happier with it. The best part is that, when the purchase took longer than expected and our daughter started to get antsy, they were SO nice and genuine. They had crayons, coloring books, and lollipops. And cookies may have made an appearance as well. :) I hate making big purchases, but this was easy and pleasant. I will definitely go back. Thank you, Joe Valenti! More
