My wife and I before coming to this dealership went to several other dealerships from PA to NY State looking for the right vehicle and found nothing but problems and broken promises. After searching on line with Auto Trader, Cars.com and Carsgurus.com I found Ditschman Dealership and a vehicle I was very interested in. I called dealership an spoke to Joe Valenti who told me the vehicle was still available an to come down an take a look. So I went down with much doubt that anything would come of this, after talking with Joe and him showing me the vehicle I was very pleased and very happy that he was able to help me out. I left that day with a new truck. After my experience with Aubrey Garson in Finance who was a tremendous help and very professional my deal was set. The prices are very fair (I researched my top three choices and they were all well within the Kelley fair market price), and there's a wide selection, none of which are junkers. Basically, I walked in, said which car was my top choice, took it for a test drive, and left--no pressure. A few days later I contacted the dealer I'd seen, said I wanted the car, and he held it for me. We went back in and bought it, and I couldn't be happier with it. The best part is that, when the purchase took longer than expected and our daughter started to get antsy, they were SO nice and genuine. They had crayons, coloring books, and lollipops. And cookies may have made an appearance as well. :) I hate making big purchases, but this was easy and pleasant. I will definitely go back. Thank you, Joe Valenti! More
