Found a sales associate, Mark Schmaling, who takes his job of providing great customer satisfaction very seriously. He listened carefully to the specific requirements I had and after explaining an in-depth pro/con of my options, helped me zero in on a 2014 Titanium Ford Escape. I had done the usual research on options and competitive pricing deals and the sales associate was able to locate a best fit car for me in the Ford network at the price point I was expecting. I had some tricky delivery timing requirements to coordinate with the expiration of my Jeep lease and this dealership provided the flexibility I needed. Based on my previous experience at other dealerships I was dreading the thought of purchasing a car but the staff at Ditchman really dispelled any concerns. I also worked with the service department to have one item on the car corrected and they were very efficient to communicate clearly the work they were performing. I also received a loaner car that was the same category as the car I purchased which was a nice surprise. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations and I will return in the future. More
