Great Experience Stop by Flemington Ford on a Saturday with my wife just to look. Salesman Brian Mullen approached us asking if we needed help. Right of the bat we told him we're just looking and wanted to test drive one or two cars. He was more then happy to help. We did test drove two cars and looked at a third. Brian was with us for about an hour and a half knowing we weren't buying. Before we left Brian had run some numbers on an Escape with a trade in. They had come out with an offer that was hard to walk away from. But, we were just looking and wanted to shop a little more. Brian understood and just asked us to keep him in mind once we are ready to buy. Very friendly and professional. The next Saturday we had stopped by another Ford dealer to test drive a Fusion. We were meet by a rude and sarcastic salesman. Though we did drive the Fusion we never got into pricing. The next day I was on the phone with Brian pricing out a Fusion. After a little negotiating over the phone we had come to an agreement and we picked up our Fusion that night. A+ all around. More

After some challenging experiences with other dealers, we landed with the good people at Ditschman/Flemington Ford. I have purchased many cars in the past and it is always exhausting and painful despite the fact that it is an expensive purchase and I was the "customer". David Hill was our sales consultant. He was very patient with us and did not rush us into a purchase. He listened to our needs and worked with us on our schedule and pace, and he explained all the pricing options and deals fully. He was very flexible and great to work with, and got me through the whole purchase experience in less than two hours. Jeff Cramer was also great to work on the car financing process. It was painless and no pressure. Overall I would recommend these people to anyone. You will be pleasantly surprised as it was exactly the opposite of my past poor experiences with other dealers.
