I am EXTREMELY picky. I know I am...anyone who meets me for two minutes know that I am. My lease on my Escape (which I also purchased here) was up in three weeks, so I went in. I have dealt with Jerry Sheehan and Jim O'Brien before and they continue to be excellent. They are so helpful, funny and calm. Unflappable, willing to listen to what you want, and help steer you to the best option for you. My previous salesman retired, so they introduced me to my new salesman. David Hill. Even on the first day, after I looked at all the Explorers and said, "Yes, I want one, but it has to be...(add VERY specific list from color to options, roof rack, etc.)" he sat with me while I built my car on his computer because the ones on the lot were not quite right. No problem, we'll find one...before you have to turn in your lease. I had already agreed to a lease price and said, it has to stay at this price, too (AGAIN, I am VERY picky!). They really had to search for my specifications, but... They did it! Then when I came to get it, they made it so easy to give in the Escape. Jim made that a dream. Chat, sign, keys please, off we go. SO easy. Once my paperwork was done (Again, super easy and quick - Chris Callahan did that part). Then David put the temp plate on, took care to make certain I knew of any differences in how it worked (from my Escape) before I left and even helped me switch my briefcase and other items from one car to the next. Very helpful. Amazing experience. Professional, personable, HONEST, positive experience all around. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. I cannot imagine someone regretting buying a car from here. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was purchasing and we quickly settled on a price I was comfortable with. After about 2 weeks of owning the vehicle, a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport, I noticed a slow transmission fluid leak, which turned out to be caused by a defective seal. Their service department quickly got my vehicle in and took care of the repair for me. I did a lot of shopping around over the last couple of months at different dealers and brands of vehicles, test drives, financing options, and I am very happy with my choice in vehicle that I purchased, and the dealership that I purchased it from. More

After being so frustrated with the car buying experience I happened to stumble across this site and found Ditschman/Flemington Ford to be rated number 1. They are rated number 1 for a reason. Fair price (as I did research and stopped by several dealerships in a 2 week timeframe and this was the best deal offered and couldnt be matched). The experience was amazing, Ive been leasing for the past 15 years and this was the easiest place to deal with. I only wished I had leased with them in the past. You will not regret coming here. As a matter of fact my wife's car is up for a renewal lease and we are coming right back here. Worked with Fred Kress and he was such a delight and pleasure to work with as well as Jim O'Brien was professional and courteous all the way through. I cant say enough great things about this place. On the test drive I appreciate that Fred took me on back roads so that I could see my Ford Fusion would drive/feel on different terrain. Fred was quiet enough on the test drive to let me focus on the vehicle yet he provided helpful information as we went along so I wasn't nervous. I found Jerry and Chris equally as professional and accommodating. I had an extremely stress free/pressure free experience. He knew I had done my research and didn't try to change my mind on what I wanted and what I wanted to do. He told me straight up how things were and I trusted him and valued the things he had to say. He helped me with every question I had, along with making suggestions that I felt were more than helpful. Great personality and funny as well. In the week leading up to my purchase he was always available by phone and e-mail for any questions I had. And then when it got down to the finance part of the deal he introduced me to Aubrey Garson. Aubrey was as friendly as can be and made everything super easy!! I was in unchartered waters when it came to this side of the car buying experience.(being that it was my first time buying a truck over $5,000 that wasn't a siblings or a friends). She asked me a few questions and told me what my options were. Not having the greatest of credit scores, she advised me what the best options were and completely surprised me with the deal she was able to get! She too was very, very informative. I didn't feel pressured and I truly trusted that she had my best interests in mind throughout this process. Just like Ray, Aubrey was always available by phone and e-mail when ever I had any questions or details to go over, she was very delightful. Overall it was truly a fantastic experience. Our salesman, Kevin Lawler, is the best; he always treats us like a member of the family; he lets us take our time in our decision- believe me a lot of time! There is absolutely no pressure. Our family has purchased several cars through the help of Kevin, and we feel he knows us so well that he can guide us to the right car, the right price every time!
