Our first contact was with Nicholas Tolomeo, a member of their internet sales team. Nicholas was very responsive and answered a bevy of questions concerning the vehicle we were looking for. After some back and forth over email, we made an appointment to visit the dealership to take a look at the truck. We met Nicholas for the first time in person and he was just as attentive as he was over email. After the initial welcome, we were handed off to Tom Santangelo...who is the nicest and most professional salesman we have come across in over 30 years of leasing and purchasing vehicles. Tom took us for a quick test drive in the truck we were looking at. After that, we sat down to discuss the vehicle and all the different pricing options available to us. Tom went out of his way to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible...answering all our questions. Can't thank Tom enough for treating us like family. We were then introduced to Chris Callahan who went over the financials and contract with us. He explained them in layman's terms ensuring that even the most inexperienced buyer would have a good grasp at the end. All in all this was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
