Excellent experience! I have bought from Ditschman in the past but went to another Ford dealership in the area to look at a Ford Escape. Loved the car - but not the dealer I have bought from Ditschman in the past but went to another Ford dealership in the area to look at a Ford Escape. Loved the car - but not the dealership - they seemed to push me into a car they wanted to get off their lot rather than helping me find the car I wanted. So I went home and did an internet search for the car I wanted and found the model at Ditschman. I emailed and got a response (on a Sunday no less!) from Mark Schmaling. He was very responsive and I went in yesterday and bought the car. Love the car - its amazing! The entire experience was great - very painless and everyone in the process was friendly and helpful. They even prepped the car in less than an hour so I could drive it home that day. Would recommend this dealership to anyone - and in fact, I'm sending my son to Mark this weekend to look at a Ford Focus. Thank you! More

Even when the parts were no where to be found, great experie I had a serious problem with my 2007 Ford Edge, called Ditschman Ford and they told me to bring it right in. Turned out to be a problem with injector I had a serious problem with my 2007 Ford Edge, called Ditschman Ford and they told me to bring it right in. Turned out to be a problem with injector coils and further diagnostics revealed a bad computer (PCM) The service representative Tom Bisbing contacted me and let me know that they were unable to locate a part and it could be an extended period of time to get the part. However, he went out of his way to find alternative suppliers with his technician and ultimately found one and once we got the part, the car was repaired. Great service and appreciated the extra effort. More

Beth Delaney had everything ready to go and she was so helpful and even gave me a nice hug when it was all done. Total time spent in the dealership minus the test drive. 1.5 hours !!! Thats correct only an hour & and half !!!!! All involved knew I traveled a little to get to Flemington and they did not waste a second of my time. I also want to thank a second salesman for pulling the plates off of my trade I didnt get his name but he was also very helpful !!! Thank you all for being so nice and making it easy to buy my car. Our first contact was with Nicholas Tolomeo, a member of their internet sales team. Nicholas was very responsive and answered a bevy of questions concerning the vehicle we were looking for. After some back and forth over email, we made an appointment to visit the dealership to take a look at the truck. We met Nicholas for the first time in person and he was just as attentive as he was over email. After the initial welcome, we were handed off to Tom Santangelo...who is the nicest and most professional salesman we have come across in over 30 years of leasing and purchasing vehicles. Tom took us for a quick test drive in the truck we were looking at. After that, we sat down to discuss the vehicle and all the different pricing options available to us. Tom went out of his way to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible...answering all our questions. Can't thank Tom enough for treating us like family. We were then introduced to Chris Callahan who went over the financials and contract with us. He explained them in layman's terms ensuring that even the most inexperienced buyer would have a good grasp at the end. All in all this was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. It was refreshing dealing with someone down to earth who didn't pressure you to purchase something you didn't love or couldn't afford. After each purchase, he took the time to walk us though the ins and outs of our vehicles and even helped sync our phones and program our favorite radio stations. When I was ready to go in for a test drive, I was greeted by David Hill, who eventually sold me the vehicle after I made my decision. David went on another test drive with me, spent lots of time going over the vehicle, then was able to offer a price that was fair. David is a great salesperson; I never felt pressured.
