My service advisor, Todd, (who is the nicest person!) helped me and I was introduced to Adam, a VIP advisor, on the Sales Floor, He was very kind and introduced me to David Hill, a Sales Consultant. All three couldn't have been nicer! I test drove an Edge and an Escape. I liked the Edge. I was not in a position to buy a new car, and we discussed the lease option. When I saw the prices, I knew that was for me. The whole experience was pleasant and I felt cared for. I am thrilled with my new car and so thankful for the considerate treatment I received throughout the process. Jeff was also as nice as could be.
