Excellent Service Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Sales Consultant Ray Wesley. I showed him the vehicle I was interested in looking at [2012 Lincoln MK Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Sales Consultant Ray Wesley. I showed him the vehicle I was interested in looking at [2012 Lincoln MKX pre-owned certified] and he quickly located the keys/plates to go out on a local test drive. He was a no-hassle type of salesman and gave me the time I needed to think through my purchase. Provided him with an offered the next day + a vehicle that I wanted to trade in and he did his very best "even on his day off" to work with the finance department to get me as close as possible to my offer. Made an appointment to meet with him onsite a few days later and he had already started most of the process ensuring that the vehicle was off the sales lot and in the detailing shop in time for my arrival. I was very pleased with his level of professionalism and attention.. Thank you Ray! Aubrey Garson from the finance department clearly explain all financing options and provided recommendations to ensure that my vehicle was protected above beyond the certification period. There was no pressure, no speaking down to me, no behind the scenes numbers changing ( as if the customer is clue less) , constantly offered something to drink or eat, and eye contact when spoken to. Peter was nothing short of a great salesman, respectful, honest, and a sense of humor to boot something that put me at ease from the start. I was able to get a fair price for my trade in, and for my new vehicle without playing the game of let me see what my manager says. I actually enjoyed spending my money, and would highly recommend.
