But along with a great car came a dealership that was perfect for me. No hype, plenty of help, willingness to communicate in ways that worked for me (email and text mostly), ability to set appointments that fit with my crazy schedule. Excellent service and experience! My wife and I were in the market for a very specific vehicle - a fully loaded and certified used Ford Edge Sport in white. As you can imagine, our sp My wife and I were in the market for a very specific vehicle - a fully loaded and certified used Ford Edge Sport in white. As you can imagine, our specific request did not leave us with many options. Flemington Ford had one option that seemed to fit the bill but it was very far away from where we lived. In order to prevent wasting both our time and the dealer's, we called and negotiated the deal ahead of time. The were very honest and open with us about the condition of the car, pricing, etc. Our intention was to go in, validate the condition of the car, and get the deal done based on what was previously negotiated. This is exactly what happened when we drove down to see and purchase the car! Unfortunately we hit a snag with the third-party that we chose to finance the vehicle through and that prevented us from driving it home the same night. Although we were pretty bummed about that, the people at Flemington were more than willing to help us out - even offering us a hotel stay nearby until the financing could get sorted the next day. That was not an option for us so they ended up delivering the vehicle to our door a few days later (60 miles). In the end, we could not be happier about our experience with Flemington Ford and the vehicle that we purchased! Our only wish is that they were closer to us so that we could benefit from the perks that came along with purchasing the vehicle (i.e. free oil change and discounted service). More
