Excellent family style dealer I was a little skeptical at first by the overwhelmingly positive reviews but they are definitely well deserved! After a tireless search for our new M I was a little skeptical at first by the overwhelmingly positive reviews but they are definitely well deserved! After a tireless search for our new MKX, I located it on Flemington Ford/ Lincoln's website. I called to see if the vehicle was still available and spoke to Fred. He checked their inventory and confirmed it was and asked if I would like to see it. The dealer was about 45-50 minutes from my house but because of all of the great reviews, I figured it was worth a try. I was tired of the poor service and sales we received from the dealer close to my house, and all the other dealers that I was working with seemed shady and dishonest. When I arrived that night to look at the MKX, Fred greeted my Dad and I, offered us coffee, and to look at the MKX. The vehicle was brought up front and freshly washed! I was impressed immediately that Fred had taken me seriously and went through the effort to have the MKX spotless clean. Other vehicles I was looking at from other dealers were dirty and in poor condition considering they were brand new- not so at Flemington! We inspected the MKX, all of our questions were answered, and told Fred we were very interested. After we went inside to discuss numbers, another quality that was refreshingly welcome was the honesty. I did not have the sick feeling that I was being taken advantage of. We asked Fred to hold the MKX for us to come back the next day and sign the papers, which he gladly did without any money down- something all dealers I have dealt with in the past required. We returned the next day, Fred and Chris had everything prepped and ready to go. Very stress free, excellent service and presentation, and most importantly HONEST. I probably pass 15 Ford/ Lincoln dealers on the way to Flemington but the trip is well worth it. Looking forward to stopping in to say hi during my first oil change and for our future Ford/ Lincoln purchases! More

David and Adam were fun to work with and it was like having coffee with friends. It was really interesting when we special ordered our vehicle as the particular combination we wanted was not available on any dealers lot. David spent over one hour explaining all the features in our new Explorer (and did advise us to follow up with book study and practice.) We absolutely love our new 2016 Explorer! P.S.
