Bought a 2016 F-150 Platinum Tom S. was awesome. Pure and simple. He had to work through several dealers to find the exact truck I wanted at probably the worst time of the year (r Tom S. was awesome. Pure and simple. He had to work through several dealers to find the exact truck I wanted at probably the worst time of the year (right before Xmas). But he got it done and went through the truck with me and my wife. Actually, Tom was more like a good friend than a sales guy. He was never interested in pressuring us to do anything more than finding the right vehicle that satisfied our requirements. Chris C.was great in the finance department too - he made it easy, no pressure, walked us through everything. We finished up in like 10-15 minutes flat! No issues. Great dealer experience all around - I can't believe I just wrote that actually. Anyway, when my wife's Fusion needs to be replace, we are definitely gonna call Tom.
