I had been looking for a car for weeks and had walked out of many dealerships being frustrated and annoyed. Many dealerships I had visited did not listen to what I was requesting and showed me vehicles that I was not interested in. Sean listened to everything I said and found me a car I truly enjoy! He even helped set up the blue tooth and satellite radio channels. I never felt pressured or rushed. As I mentioned it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

Almost a Home-Run My salesman, Fred Kress, was great to work with this time as well as my previous purchase 5 years ago. When I called in to inquire about a new truck, My salesman, Fred Kress, was great to work with this time as well as my previous purchase 5 years ago. When I called in to inquire about a new truck, he already had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for. It turned out that there was one to my liking on the lot that only needed a couple of minor accessories to complete my wishlist. What I found to be disappointing and annoying was going to the finance office to sign the papers, or so I thought. That would have been simple enough. But then comes the big sell-job on extended warranty, ding protection extended tire warranty, LoJack, Simonize, etc. When I say no, I mean NO. I do not appreciate getting pestered about it. When Tony Kwak pushed the extended warranty, I shot back with "If Ford makes such a good truck, why do I need an extended warranty?" He had nothing. It's EXTREMELY ANNOYING to go through this. Let the sales people sell and the finance people handle the signatures. Period! BTW- my wife went through the same crap at Clinton Honda earlier this year. More
