Even when I found out one of my mirrors wasn't working correctly they offered to pay the bill for me to have a local dealer fix it, saving me the trip back. No high pressure sales, no gimmicks, just an honest and competitive price approach to sales. Hard to find these days. More

I had located a car online, then went to Ditschman to take a look at it in person. My salesman, Ray, was just the right mix of low pressure, but ready with any questions that I had. We took a test ride and then sat down to talk numbers. We came to an agreement on the price of my new car and my trade-in car pretty quickly. Then, usually, comes the worst part...hours of waiting to actually finish the paperwork and get out. But, not this time. I was able to actually drive away with my new car within about 2 hours from when I first arrived. 2 hours start to finish. I would highly recommend Ditschman!! More

They were able to get me into the car I wanted with a payment below my expectations. Once the deal was struck, they came back to me with an even better deal because of my credit score. Quick and streamlined was the whole process, I am not sure I ever walked into a dealership and bought that fast. Also I have never traded in a car, always just selling my old one myself. That is always an adventure, I am so glad they took my 9 year old car and I did not have to spend time meeting crack pots from Craigs List. Peter Puglia who demonstrated the car to me, showing me how to use it was fabulous, so knowledgeable, and patient. I would highly recommend Peter. A good deal is always a good state of mind , I feel like I did better than that. FIVE STARS to the dealership! More

I have to say, David Harry, managed to get me into the car I finally decided I wanted, with everything in it I asked for and withstood the repeated question, "Do I or don't I want the black interior, with or without the aluminum." He also saved me from walking out of another dealership with the wrong car. I really believe that he cared that I got the best deal I could and didn't get into something I didn't want even if I bought it elsewhere. The experience with him at Ditschman was painless and I'm happy to say I'm home thrilled with my new Lincoln MKX. (And got a great price)! I'd recommend both David and the dealership. Both earned my business! More
