I am immensely impressed with the salesman, Shawn Howe, for his professionalism, and for the candid discussion I had with him about buying a new/used cars vs. leasing. He explained pros and cons of all three options and also what option he himself took. But he never forced one or other option on me. He never exhibited any gimmicks, notoriety and false clever attitude of many car dealers/salesman. After listening to him I took my own decision of buying an Used car. I went Ditschman after shopping Wilmington, DE, lot of dealerships in Pennsylvania, many dealerships from South New Jersey to North New Jersey including New York city. Shawn was very honest and didn't act like he is doing everything to make my life better. He was very friendly and did every thing possible for me to get a better offer and at the same time didn't put any pressure on me to make a deal. 2014 Ford Fusion - pre-certified I'm a repeat customer of Ditschman and needed a new/used car. Originally I was looking at the Ford Focus. I was set to go with that until it was po I'm a repeat customer of Ditschman and needed a new/used car. Originally I was looking at the Ford Focus. I was set to go with that until it was pointed out that my husband's wheelchair wouldn't fit in the trunk and carry 4 people in the car at the same time. Then I switched to the Fusion, which is very nice. I didn't want the white color (the Focus was a "white-white") and the Fusion is a more of a silver white. In the end, I bought the Fusion. I just wish the dealership had other colors other than white, red or black. A nice blue or green would have been lovely. Although I couldn't drive it off the lot that Saturday (my insurance company was closed), Shawn Howe delivered it to my door first thing on Monday. A wonderful Sales Rep, Shawn has my eternal thanks.
