When I recently walked into Ditschman/Flemington Ford Lincoln, I was not disappointed. My Client Advisor, Tom Coffin was great. I never felt pressure or rushed, he listened to all my needs and wants. I felt he was very knowledgeable about the cars I looked at (inside & out) I was happy and excited to come home with the new 2017 Lincoln Continental. My history with the car dealership/service, and the feeling that Tom was not just a trustworthy person, but a friend, helped me make my decision to purchase. I'd also like to acknowledge Henry Howell for clearly explaining all my financing options, and Chris Callahan, for making all the paperwork quick & painless, being attentive to all my needs and endless questions. Exceptional Service and Professionalism! After having started a search for a pre-owned vehicle and being overwhelmed with the number of options on the Internet, Flemington Car and Truck Count After having started a search for a pre-owned vehicle and being overwhelmed with the number of options on the Internet, Flemington Car and Truck Country was recommended to me. The website made it simple to view a number of options from several dealerships while still being under the same family of brands. I was able to narrow down my search and found it worthwhile to travel one hour to Ditschman/Flemington Ford. I'm glad I did! From the minute I walked into the dealership with my wife, we both noticed the high level of professionalism with which it was run. Every sales person we interacted with acted and dressed professionally. This went a long way in my book and added to the overall experience. We had the pleasure of working directly with Jerry Sheehan, Kevin Crowley, and Kelly Horvath. Mr. Sheehan, VP/General Manager, could not have been more accommodating and genuine. Mr. Sheehan was easy to talk to and after finding out that he was a Marine Corps veteran, it was evident to see why the dealership was run with such professionalism. Mr. Sheehan ensured that we were personally cared for by his staff and acted with genuine integrity throughout the process. We then worked with sales associate, Kevin Crowley, who helped us narrow down our car of choice. Mr. Crowley was patient and knowledgeable. He test drove several vehicles with us and answered all of our questions along the way. Mr. Crowley ensured that our entire transaction went smoothly and that we were completely satisfied. Lastly, fianance associate, Kelly Horvath, walked us through the final payment process and could not have been more friendly. Mrs. Horvath was also extremely knowledgeable about the process which made the experience quick and easy. Overall, my wife and I were extremely impressed by the level of professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. Aside from our purchase of a pre-owned vehicle, we both agreed that we would travel again to lease our new, primary, vehicle when our current lease ends. Even though our current lease is with a dealership several minutes from our home, there is something to be said for exceptional customer service in today's day and age! Ray Wesley was very helpful and very straight forward about the used car we were looking, and the car was in an excellent condition, Ray even offered to order a small plastic side compartment cover that was missing in the trunk for free for us on this Used 2015 Nissan Rogue, which not many dealer would be this generous, especially on a used car. I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know, remember to ask for Ray Wesley when you go there, as he is really great and honest. More
