Upon entering I was greeted by multiple people, one of which remembered me from my previous business there. I was talking to Joe Chester about my situation and how I had bought a car but was hoping to lease now. After telling Joe what I wanted, he did everything possible in order to make it affordable and yet fulfill everything on my wish list. Joe and Chris made me feel so comfortable and eased my worries about the situation. I felt I was able to trust them and they really cared about my happiness and security with the deal. I was not just another number to them and I never felt pressured unless previous experiences that I have had at other dealerships. I cannot express how much I appreciated their help and how great it was to return to a place that I could trust. I left with my dream car feeling completely content and relieved.
