Incompetent Service and Stolen Items from Truck I made an appt. a week ahead for my F-550 for minor servicing. Dropped truck on Wed. afternoon for a Thurs. appt. - came to pick up on following Mond I made an appt. a week ahead for my F-550 for minor servicing. Dropped truck on Wed. afternoon for a Thurs. appt. - came to pick up on following Monday morn. and was told they were scheduled to "take a look at it" later that day. I told them I need the truck and left without them doing a single thing - so I thought. Apparently they did do something - 1 hour later when I stopped at a vendor to pick up steel I opened my underbed tool boxes to find that 9 Kinedyne high quality rathcet staps were missing. I also noticed that my glove box and console had also been rifled through - not sure if anything missing from either of those. Went back to service manager to complain - he was useless - refused to check security video to see who took items from their own lot. I now have to waste more time making a police report for the theft - approx. $300.00 in property stolen. Approx. 3 yrs ago I brought same truck to them for service and minor repairs - when told to pick up truck - they had done only an oil change and nothing else. This is obviously something they do all the time to their customers. I would never return to this sorry excuse for a business - will take the extra time to go to Ciocca Ford in Quakertown, PA - where I orig. bought the truck for $2,000.00 less than what Flem. Ford's best price was. A total bunch of losers and thieves. More

To make matters worse, my father had a massive stroke and was being placed on hospice. Tony Kwak went ABOVE and BEYOND what I've ever seen a finance department do anywhere. He worked with David Harry to find the best vehicle for my commuting needs and my financial situation and he worked extremely hard to make it work for me. I ended up signing the paperwork the day after my dad died. I can honestly say that I saw true kindness and sympathy along with expertise and skill weave together in the most professional way. Made everything right in the car buying universe! I was shopping for a new cargo van for my small business which has started to take off. I was pre-approved with my bank as I have excellent credit. I was getting frustrated with the communication as all I was getting was scripted rhetoric and not answers to my specific questions with is a pet peeve of mine. I live in Burlington County and looked farther outside my radius. I visited Ditschman/Flemington Ford Lincoln Dealer’s website and found not just one but a few Cargo Vans that fit my business needs description. I contacted them online, and they were able to assign me a sales associate named Kevin Crowley. He listened to what I wanted and apprised me of possible vehicles that I would be interested in. I found the perfect vehicle for my business with surprising extra perks I was not expecting. I advised what I was willing to pay for the vehicle and as luck would have it there were rebates and extra incentives as it was a leftover 2018 model. I was also able to purchase a fantastic extended warranty plan with Kelly’s help for my Ford Transit 250 that extends for 10yr/100000 miles staying under budget. This is a must for a small business owner like me. I was so happy with my purchase and proudly drove out of the dealership that day. Unfortunately, I received a call from Kevin regarding my financing which was denied even though I was fully approved. This news surprised both me and the dealership. I called my bank and for verbal reasons were giving me excuses claiming the vehicle I purchased was not qualified as new. However, they would reissue a loan for a higher loan rate. I was devastated that my bank would do this to me even though I have a credit rating of well over 850 and could not justify their actions. This act hurt me as I already donated my previously older van to the disabled veterans, leaving me to solely rely on my new vehicle. When I explained this to Kevin, he and the team got together and immediately got me approved for my van at the same prime rate approved by my bank. Kevin and the team got my back every step of the way. They made my experience awesome and they have my full trust and confidence. The experience was well worth it for me to travel many miles out of my area and the fact that they made sure I was financed at the same rate of my pre-approved rate.
