My wife is very happy with her new Buick. The price for our trade was fair. The discount for a demo could have been better. The test drive was not rushed at all. Very satisfied with overall experience at dealership. Did not try to pressure me or hurry me which made me very glad. Eric was very professional and humorous at the same time, explaining everything so I could understand in plain english, also not pressuring or pushing anything on me. I have to admit, in the past with other dealers, that this was a totally different experience which I enjoyed for the first time. I would not hesitate at all to deal with these gentlemen and this dealership again in the future, which I anticipate doing. Well done, gentlemen!!! More
Everything went great from the time we entered the showroom to the time we drove our new car off of the lot. The new car was for our son and he was returning to college the very next day and would not have been there to take the vehicle on Monday. They were able to completely prep the car for us which made our son even more happy - and us also. We have dealt with this dealership many times previously, will deal with them again - without question - and recommend them to anyone looking to buy/lease a vehicle. Went to dealer with request for specific HHR 2011. They didn't have one there that I needed. They did a search found car for me and added the accessories I requested. GM ( Jeff Parker )was helpful as always, and our sales person (Jeff Conrad)searched for and found the car. He is always professional, courteous, helpful, and gave us a good deal. Car is just what I wanted and am very happy. Eric Henderson was our finance person and also was very courteous and helpful. We have always been treated well at Flemington, they are professionals. We knew exactly what we wanted and John Burns was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and able to get me out the door the same day with the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. I had an excellent experience at Flemington Chevrolet. I first visited and had a test drive, and then did my homework on the model I wanted, including price. I emailed this to several dealerships and only Jeff Conrad at Flemington got back to me, and he did so immediately, with a price that was acceptable to me. When I went onto make the purchase he and his manager worked to find the exact vehicle I wanted in the area (trim, color, packages - exactly), so that I could get it by a certain date when a price deal was still active. In sum, they did everything they could to make me happy. I have a great new car that I love! More

My visit stared as a service visit that grew to a replacement motor and a new truck. Kathleen and John worked with me to my satisfaction to resolve an oil consumption problen on my 2008 Chevy suburb replacement motor and a new truck. Kathleen and John worked with me to my satisfaction to resolve an oil consumption problen on my 2008 Chevy suburban. After several atempts to fix the problem, John and Ed conveyed to Chevy that a replacement motor was required. In very short order a replacement motor was ordered, received and installed. Because of the SERVICE I received, I purchased a new 2011 GMC Sierra Denali diesel pick up truck. Eleni worked with me on several visits to present all options, comparrison and costs for me to decide on the truck of choice. This was no simple effort on the part of Eleni as I was undecided if I wanted another suburban of a pick up. After several builds I finalized on the pick up. Enter Jeffery, who made the deal work. I ordered the truck on December 20, 2011, having it delivered to the dealership and held there until I returned from Florida three (3) months later. I took delivery of the new truck April 12, 2011 after Brenda finalized the paperwork and explained the options availabe regarding the extened warranty options and more. Although I was treated exceptionally well by all involved as stated above, I truly believe this type of bussiness culture starts at the top, and I thank senior management for that.
