(By the way, the guy that sits across from John -- forgot his name -- helped us finalize our decision to place a hold/deposit on the vehicle in transit when he chimed in and clarified that it would be a no-risk/refundable deposit.) After we committed to the purchase and placed our down payment, Eric Henderson stepped in and explained our additional options in a nice, straight-forward manner... no pushy sales pitch. We felt comfortable because we had a couple days to review our options and not rush into anything. Finally, Christa and John both understood our particular (finicky) request to ensure that our pristine vehicle remains that way until we pick it up.
