From a sales perspective, I have to give much kudos to the Flemington car dealer. I have been shopping around for quite some time for a new vehicle, but more importantly, trying to get the best and faire the Flemington car dealer. The team at Flemington Buick GMC made the car buying experience easy; no pressure; hassle free and most importantly, fair. Flemington Buick GMC met my expectations as to where the pricing for my trade-in should be. I didn't have to haggle, or deal with multiple sales people and back office personnel to get the best trade-in value for my vehicle. It was trouble free and very rewarding. I can not just praise the sales force at Flemington Buick GMC, without mentioning Wiseman Mafundikwa, my sales person. I highly recommend that you shop around and try to find a more consciences sales person. In early Janurary of 2011 I first met Wiseman as I was still shopping around. I spent approx. 2 hours talking with Wiseman and working the system for the best price possible (not including my trade-in). All of my question and all possible options to work for the best deal were answered and handled by Wiseman without missing a beat. By the end of Feb, I was ready to buy. I went back to Flemington Buick GMC and went up to Wiseman. Without missing a beat Wiseman remembered my name, my wifes name, the vehicle I was interested, and most importantly, picked up the deal right where we left off almost 45 days earlier.....I was very impressed by Wiseman and decided that this is a person I wanted to do business with, as he had my interests in the forefront of making a deal. After we committed to the purchase and placed our down payment, Eric Henderson stepped in and explained our additional options in a nice, straight-forward manner... no pushy sales pitch. We felt comfortable because we had a couple days to review our options and not rush into anything. Most were basically comperable for my needs and budget. Toyota dropped off my list because of the Salesperson's approach and attitude."Here it is, that is the price." Hyundai had many pluses for their service rewards and car warrantees but fell in disfavor when the floor supervisor became pushy in trying to sell the car that day. Chevrolet won in that the sales person had the patience of a saint in dealing with this older potential customer and willingness to understand my requirements. Of course, the car had better creature comforts and eye appeal than the compeditors. After the purchase, the salesperson took the time and patience to acclimate me to my new car to the detail required for an older customer. The atmosphere in the showroom was warm and friendly. More
