I came to Flemington Chevrolet Buick GMC knowing exactly the car I wanted, a Chevy Camaro 2LS in silver. My father and I were paired with Jon Ramberg, who was truly phenomenal. He was very respectful, and did not put any pressure on us to buy a more expensive model that we simply did not want. He worked hard to get us the best deal he could, got us the car all the way from Pennsylvania, found a tiny nick on it that occurred during transport that I probably would not have noticed, and essentially inspected the car upon its arrival with eagle-like eyes. Jeff Parker and Bob then worked togeather to arrive at a trade in value and new truck price combination that I was happy with. Brenda Royer explained other options, such as extended warranty and data dots etching and Simonize treatment. The deal was made and the truck was ordered. Bob called me with progress reports while we waited for the truck to arrive. As a very welcome surprise, it came in faster than any of us expected. I completed the purchase with Brenda, and then Bob went over all the features of my new truck. The whole buying experience was very pleasant and not at all high pressure. This is the fifth new truck I have purchased from Flemington GMC, the third from Bob Campbell. More
